Sunnesta Match

We are very tired and dehydrated. Jet lag is really catching up. The fields are still very big and to our advantage. This team is BIG. We came out in the first 5 minutes and scored 2 goals. One by Tayler on a weaving move and Paige pulling the goalie out and going around her.

The game then became a dog fight. The word got out on what we did to the other teams and Sunnesta played a with a great deal of heart and intensity. I carried several girls off the field due to heat and bumps and bruises. The half ended with a us up 2-0 and everyone was spent.

The 2nd half picked up right where the first left off, this time we came out with a little more towards the end of the 2nd half and put in 4 goal in the last 10 minutes to finish 6-0.

We got to use the Viking bucket which i will update everyone on that at a later time. A very tough match. We are getting to bed early tonight.

We play at 11 tomorrow and then off to a pro game. I will send a more detailed note tomorrow.

Doug, I formatted a couple of the blog posts for you to use a little less space. Those pictures are hard to format into the post in any logical way using the editor. You pretty much have to change the html manually. I'll continue to do this for you as you blog so that we can make better use of the space.
